COVID 19 is a difficult time for us all, and especially for our children. There is a lot of advice available online for supporting children - we've tried to find the most helpful for you.

We really recommend this website from CAMHS which contains guides for parents and links to other helpful websites.  The downloads section below has other helpful documents too.

Young Minds has good information for young people and adults as well, on what to do with anxiety related to coronavirus. 

Lameth Educational Psychology Services have set up a YouTube channel where they have a few short films to help parents.

MindEd provides advice and information with hints and tips for parents and carers.

The Anna Freud Centre have excellent resources to help children/young people's mental well-being during the coronavirus lockdown.  This book HERE is particularly good for younger children.

Ollee is a new app from Parent Zone described as a powerful new free tool to help parents support their child’s emotional wellbeing and encourage communication within families.  Aimed at 8-11 year olds and their parents, Ollee helps families talk about difficult topics.
