Special Educational Needs Support
We know you will be concerned about the impact of the school closure on your child's learning and wellbeing and we are working hard to ensure that children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families are well supported during this time. We are thinking carefully about how best to meet the needs of our children with SEND during this challenging time, providing additional home learning opportunities and remote interventions where at all possible.
We hope you find some of the links below helpful - there are some links to useful websites to help support with home learning as well as some opportunities to connect with other parents of children with SEND.
As ever, if you have any questions about the provision for your child during this time, or if you would like to discuss how to support your child at home please contact our SENDCo, Jeanne Milstein on firstname.lastname@example.org
University College London (UCL) have produced a set of useful resources to support families supporting pupils with SEND at home. Click HERE to access these.
The BBC has an enormous range of SEND resources, activities and support. Click HERE to access their useful site.
